For more information on what True Living Counselling and Coaching offers and to learn more about the Accelerated Resolution Therapy Intensive programs, please visit truelivingcounselling.com Once you have booked an intensive program, you will be entitled to a 1-hr distance session. Kat will follow her usual practice of having you complete an intake form and reviewing this with you as part of your session, before offering Master Reiki. Booking an appointment will be facilitated through the True Living Counselling clinic. Please ensure for your session that you will be in a quiet space with no interruptions. You will receive an intake form from True Living Counselling to be completed at least 24 hours prior to the session time. A link for the meeting will also be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please let Kat know ASAP as your booking time may have prevented other potential clients an opportunity to book with her.
