Our Previous Retreats:
Golden, BC March 2022
This was our first Be Free Retreat. It was still a little cool outside this Golden, BC beautiful property! But each cabin had wood burning stoves to keep us warm and cozy!
We had a "Rumi Room" to do our sessions in (which included: yoga, mantra singing, group reiki, journeying, gratitude and release ceremony & Law of Attraction coaching.
It was a weekend retreat which consisted of 2 nights, 5 catered meals and 5 sessions.
Golden, BC April 2022
Our second 2022 spring retreat was also in Golden. The retreat was very similar to the first retreat, except there was no mantra singing, so we replaced this with a sound bath (crystal bowls).
Naramata, BC June 2022
This was a 3 night retreat in beautiful Naramata BC. Guests had free time to explore this quaint area surrounded by vineyards, lakes and parks.
We included much of the same sessions as retreat #2, but added RTT (click to learn more), and morning yoga sessions with a touch of Tai Chi.
We had a beautiful temple to host sessions in (pictured here).
